Role purpose
We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality control activities across raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Reporting to the Operations Assurance Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, supervising laboratory and testing activities, monitoring product performance against specifications, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
What you will do
- Monitor and ensure compliance of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods with established quality standards and specifications.
- Review and validate quality test results, investigating deviations and coordinating corrective actions when required.
- Manage and maintain quality documentation, including product certifications, quality records, and customer-related quality requirements.
- Ensure quality and safety documentation, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS), remains accurate and up to date.
- Partner with production and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and support effective problem resolution.
What we're looking for
Core Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- +3 years of experience in quality control, laboratory operations, or manufacturing quality roles.
- Previous experience coordinating quality activities within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of physical and mechanical testing methods and quality control processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Experience with quality documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality data management systems.
- Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Highly Preferred (a strong plus)
- Experience in textile, composites, plastics, or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting customer quality requirements and product certifications.
